Shianna Newhouse

Shianna Brooke Newhouse, 16, of St. Albans, got her Heavenly Wings on October 1st, 2024. Shianna passed away at her home, where she lived with her mom and dad, Kathy and Kevin Newhouse, and sister Chellyan Chapman, 17. Shianna was preceded in death by grandfather Harold Newhouse, great-grandmother Naomi Cavender, great-grandfather Red Cavender, grandfather Kenneth Chapman, and grandmother Martha Chapman. She is survived by her mom, Kathy Newhouse; dad, Kevin Newhouse; sister, Chellyan Chapman, sister Kayley Nottingham, grandmother Ruby Newhouse, aunt Brenda Brown (Aunt B), uncle Jeff Brown, uncle Timmy Chapman, uncle Eric Newhouse, uncle Charlie Newhouse, uncle Philip Heim, aunt Anita Heim, cousin Heather Bintrim, cousin John Heim, cousin Amy Griffin, cousin Allen Griffin. She had other cousins she didn't know and her best friend, Brooklin Barnette.
The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at 1 pm at Elk Funeral and Cremation Service, 2001 Pennsylvania Avenue, Charleston, WV. The family will receive friends from 11 am-1 pm, with Pastor Jason Robbins officiating. Burial will be at the Plumley Cemetary, St. Albans, WV.
