Nancy Carroll Blankenship, 71 of Charleston, passed away, September 6, 2022

She was born March 30, 1951, in Delbarton, WV, to the late William Stuart and Macie Marie Blankenship, she was also preceded by a brother, Tommy Blankenship,

Nancy Carroll was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

She is survived by her loving family, daughter, Leighanna Blankenship, sons, William and Edward Mentz, sisters, Lois Abshire, Mary Birchfield, brothers, Roger Blankenship, Freddy Manly, George Blankenship, grandchildren, Doyle Bays,III, Samantha Bays, Shayna Bays, Savahanna A. Fields, Joseph Edward and Brandon Mentz, 8 great-grandchildren.

A Service of Remembrance will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, September 9, 2022, at Bethany Baptist Church, 1512 Greenbrier St, Charleston, WV, 25311, with Homebound Pastor, Larry Abshire officiating. The family wishes to invite all relatives and friends to attend. At Nancy Carroll’s request, she will be cremated.
