Maureen Bridgit Paradee, 54, of Bluefield, WV, passed away, January 13, 2021.
She was born April 10, 1966, in Manhattan, New York, to the late John and Emma Rae Moffitt Sullivan.
She was also preceded by a sister, Shelia Sullivan and a brother, Jerry Sullivan.
Bridgit had a master’s degree from California University of Pennsylvania in speech language pathology, having worked at various nursing homes. She was a U. S. Army veteran serving in Desert Storm and Desert Shield and was a member of Scott St. Baptist Church and was an artist.
Bridgit is survived by her loving family, daughter, Rachel Edith Beck (Brian), of Salem, Missouri, grandchildren, Tyler and Alyssa, sisters, Erin Sullivan and Cathy Sullivan both of Charleston, brother, Shawn Sullivan (Nancy) of Franklin Square, New York and several nieces and nephews.
Burial Service will be held Monday, January 25, 2021, at Noon, at Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, with Pastor Gary Moore, Sr. officiating and Military Honors by the Cemetery Honor Guard. Online condolences may be left at elkfuneralhome.com.
