Frances Virginia Stephens

Frances Virginia Stephens, 76 of Charleston, WV died December 17, 2023, at CAMC Memorial Hospice House. Frances was born July 31, 1947, in Charleston to the late Bradie and Maxine Jones Shaffer.

Frances is survived by her daughter Cassie West (Michael Del Giudice), Son Chris Hughart of Charleston. Sisters Connie (Jerry) Riddle of Hurricane, Lillie (Jeff) Sigmon of Charleston, Brothers Paul (Donna) Shaffer of Glen Allen, VA, Bradie (Connie) Shaffer of St. Albans, Terry (Brenda) Shaffer and Noris Shaffer of Charleston. Virginia had 3 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren. Virginia was a Baker and had worked at the Sam’s Club at South Ridge. Visitation will be Thursday, December 21, 2023, starting at 11:00 AM until the funeral service starting at 12:00 PM at Elk Funeral and Cremation Service 2001 Pennsylvania Ave, Charleston. Burial will then follow at Sissonville Memorial Gardens in Sissonville, WV. Elk Funeral and Cremation Service is Honored to be assisting the Stephens Family.
